ceramic charm making with pansy
Let’s create a lucky charm or amulet from clay together! What kind of symbols are lucky to you? What kind of luck would you imbue inside a charm? How will you keep magic in your every day? What can we do to spread luckiness and joy to others? In this drop-in workshop, participants will be provided with some clay to create a small charm with the guidance of Alina Tang from pansy. These tiny treasures will be taken back to our studio to be glazed and fired, and can be collected from pansy by the participants, so that they can keep their lucky charms with them forever!
Hello, my name is Alina. The pansy behind pansy. I’m originally from sunny Boorloo (Perth), Western Australia and relocated to the Netherlands in the summer of 2018. I’m a visual artist and especially love printmaking, illustration, ceramics, and sharing my work through collaborative projects, exhibitions, and designing collections. Running a space like pansy has always been a dream of mine - to share and celebrate work from fellow independent female makers.
